St Martins Housing Trust's Learning Employment Accommodation Project (LEAP) is a special service providing employment, education, training and accommodation opportunities.
By working with our partners, we offer a range of options tailored to our clients' individual needs to help and support people reach their goals, and get back into education and employment.
The LEAP Project provides support and advice in the following areas:
Links with education and training including numeracy and literacy courses and accredited qualifications.
Access to practical training, including construction, retail and conservation.
Access to leisure activities, including sports, cooking and art.
Get support at the LEAP and Under-1-Roof Employment Academy, as well as help with CVs, job applications and interview preparation.
Ongoing support while getting back on your feet.
Intensive support when you're back in employment including back to work calculations and ongoing benefit support.
Dedicated mentors offering one to one support.
An opportunity to become an accredited mentor.
Secure independent accommodation with no damage deposit.
